2. Billing and Fees: All appointments are billed at the time of the appointment and are non-refundable.  

Billing: Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.  

Cancellation: Please cancel any appointments with at least 24 hour notice.

3. Usage and Conduct Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may interfere with the proper functioning of our services or violate any applicable laws.  

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by CONSCIOUS CREATION CONSULTING.  

Use of Materials: You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from our services without our written consent.  

6. Limitation of Liability CONSCIOUS CREATION CONSULTING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.  

7. Modifications CONSCIOUS CREATION CONSULTING reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
